Job summary

Flexjet LLC in Chicago (MDW) seeks a dedicated AOG/maintenance support technician to provide 24/7 mobile team coverage. You will coordinate tooling and travel, act as the customer’s central contact during maintenance events, and ensure accurate work orders for quick processing.

Qualifications include FAA A&P certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with MS Office is expected to support scheduling and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Mobile Team/AOG support during assigned shift.
• Serve as central point of contact for the customer during AOG maintenance events.
• Coordinate and organize tooling for maintenance events.
• Coordinate with the support center on project status and travel arrangements.
• Maintain mobile vehicle exterior/interior and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure work orders are accurate for fast processing and regulatory compliance.
