Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an AOG Technician to join the Bedford, MA mobile response team. The role provides 24/7 on-site support during AOG events and serves as the central customer contact during maintenance.

You will coordinate tooling and travel, maintain mobile equipment, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and work closely with the Quality Department and support center to keep work orders accurate and issues resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Airframe structural/composite repair experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Mobile Team/AOG support during assigned scheduled shift.
• Central point of contact for the customer during the AOG maintenance event.
• Coordinate and organize the necessary tooling for maintenance event.
• Coordinate with the support center on project status.
• Coordinate with support center for travel arrangements.
• Maintain mobile vehicle, interior and exterior appearance.
• Ensure compliance with Repair Station Manual and company policies.
• Maintain accurate work orders and timely reporting to billing.
• Coordinate with Quality Department to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide immediate response to any AOG call during shift.
• Manage expenses and assist with monthly reporting and budgeting.
• Build and grow customer relationships, including outreach when offsite.
