Job summary

Strategic Support Solutions in Naples, FL is seeking a skilled AOG Aircraft Mechanic for a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule. You will perform rapid maintenance on corporate and private jets, troubleshoot avionics, and interpret manuals. Valid A&P and 3+ years GA experience required; familiarity with Bombardier, Embraer, Cessna Latitude, and Garmin avionics is a plus. Competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid A&P certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years of general aviation maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year with Bombardier/Embraer/Cessna Latitude.
• Hands-on experience with Garmin 3000 and/or 5000 avionics suites.

Responsibilities

• Be the AOG expert: perform rapid-response maintenance on corporate and general aviation aircraft.
• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of systems, including avionics and airframes.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, complete work orders, and keep the workspace organized.
• Communicate clearly with team and customers, maintaining safety and standards.
