Strategic Support Solutions seeks an experienced AOG Aircraft Mechanic in Charlotte, NC for a demanding, time-sensitive role at the airport. You will be the go-to expert for rapid maintenance on a varied corporate/general aviation fleet.

Ideal candidates hold an A&P certificate with 3+ years of hands-on GA experience, including work on Bombardier, Embraer, Cessna lines, and Garmin avionics. Expect a 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have valid A&P certificate.
• Minimum 3 years general aviation maintenance experience.
• Hands-on with Bombardier/Embraer/Cessna Lattitude or similar.
• Experience with Garmin 3000/5000 avionics is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the AOG expert for rapid-response maintenance on corporate/general aviation aircraft.
• Read manuals and troubleshoot to complete work orders accurately.
• Work on multiple airframes including Bombardier, Embraer, Gulfstream, Cessna, Falcon, Learjet, Hawker.
• Maintain safety and organization in a fast-paced AOG environment.
