**Position Overview:**

As a Personal Training Manager (PTM), you will lead, motivate, and grow our personal training department at Bandon Fitness Texas, Inc., which operates over 250 Anytime Fitness locations across the US. Your role involves leadership, mentorship, and hands-on coaching to ensure an exceptional fitness experience for members and trainers alike.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Lead & Motivate: Manage a team of personal trainers, guiding them to deliver top-tier fitness coaching while fostering a supportive, goal-driven culture.
2. Train & Transform: Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training programs to help clients reach their goals.
3. Inspire Growth: Monitor client progress and keep them motivated and engaged throughout their journey.
4. Drive Results: Manage new member onboarding, sales, renewals, and referrals to expand our community.
5. Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the General Manager to create a dynamic, successful club environment.

**Qualifications:**

• Recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) with valid CPR/AED certification.
• 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred) with a knack for building relationships and closing deals.
• Passion for coaching and leadership, with the ability to motivate and elevate a team.
• Deep understanding of fitness, exercise physiology, and nutrition.
• Energetic, results-driven mindset with outstanding communication skills.
