Raytheon is seeking a qualified engineer to develop, integrate, and test real-time embedded software for the ANTPY-2 UAE program. You will simultaneously serve as Scrum Master, coordinating Agile ceremonies, backlog readiness, impediment resolution, and metrics tracking while collaborating with Systems and Hardware Engineering.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in computing or engineering, five years of embedded software experience, and proficiency with Linux, C++, CMake, and Google Test.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant computing or engineering field.
• At least five years of embedded software development experience.
• Experience in Agile and DevSecOps environments.
• U.S. citizens with an active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Scrum ceremonies, prepare backlog, and track team metrics.
• Resolve impediments and coordinate with Systems and Hardware Engineering.
• Ensure system integrity and hardened applications in critical programs.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.

Develop, integrate, and test real-time embedded software and firmware for the ANTPY-2 UAE program, with an emphasis on system integrity and hardened applications.
