Qualifications

• Represent clients in complex antitrust litigation and before government agencies in merger and conduct investigations.
• Counsel on antitrust compliance in merger and conduct matters, including distribution practices and competitive collaborations.
• Familiarity with Section 1 and Section 2 theories of harm, and merger analysis under Clayton Act Section 7.
• Developed litigation skills, including deposition and drafting experience.
• Preferred experience includes direct engagement with the FTC and DOJ, and the ability to manage matters with autonomy and sound business judgment.
