Qualifikationen

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4+ years of substantive antitrust experience in private practice, the Department of Justice, FTC, or similar government agency.
• Significant experience litigating antitrust disputes or representing clients in investigations.

Aufgaben

• Represent clients in complex antitrust litigation in federal and state courts.
• Counsel clients through civil and criminal antitrust investigations by DOJ and FTC.
• Advise clients on merger reviews, investigations, and antitrust compliance matters.
• Analyze competitive practices and provide guidance on distribution arrangements and joint ventures.
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and investigative submissions; conduct witness prep and depositions.
