Zaddy Solutions in Philadelphia, with locations in New York and Washington, D.C., seeks an Associate Attorney to join its premier Antitrust & Competition practice. The role supports high-profile antitrust litigation, government investigations, merger reviews, and compliance counseling across various industries in a hybrid setting (3 days in-office).

The successful candidate will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 4+ years of substantive antitrust experience,

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4+ years of substantive antitrust experience in private practice, the DOJ, FTC, or a comparable governmental agency.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex antitrust litigation in federal and state courts.
• Counsel clients through civil and criminal antitrust investigations by the DOJ and FTC.
• Advise clients on merger reviews, investigations, and antitrust compliance matters.
• Analyze competitive practices and provide strategic guidance on distribution, joint ventures, and collaborations.
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, investigative submissions, and compliance materials.
• Conduct witness preparation, depositions, and factual investigations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary legal teams on high-stakes client matters.
• Monitor developments in antitrust law and enforcement trends for proactive counseling.
