Job description

Paul Hastings LLP is seeking Junior - Senior candidates for its rapidly growing, nationally-recognized Antitrust and Competition practice group. Candidates may sit in our New York or Washington, D.C., offices, and must have experience in antitrust and competition law, government antitrust investigations, and government merger enforcement actions, including Second Requests. They should also have experience counseling clients regarding transactional antitrust risk and compliance as well as representing clients in front of antitrust enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state Attorneys General.

The candidate must be admitted (or eligible to be admitted) to the Bar in the jurisdiction in which they are located.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $460,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
