Responsibilities include working with the Deal Team to oversee transactions, preparing and filing HSR forms, and coordinating with external counsel on filings.

• Counsel on premerger notification filings under HSR Act.

Responsibilities

• Counsel on all aspects of premerger notification filings under the HSR Act.
• Assist with due diligence precautions and integration planning.
• Assist with Access Letter and Second Request responses.
• Prepare and file the HSR Form, ensuring accuracy and explaining strategic rationale.
