Qualifications

  • Masters and/or a PhD in economics with expertise in industrial organization or econometrics.
  • 4+ years of experience in litigation consulting, especially antitrust.
  • Strong writing, research, and ability to stay current on antitrust matters.
  • Experience reviewing depositions and expert reports; familiarity with Relativity and Disco.

Responsibilities

  • Develop economic theories of harm and analyze relevant literature.
  • Review and synthesize large bodies of litigation evidence; manage client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff; ensure quality control and industry research.
  • Prepare client deliverables and contribute to expert reports and testimony.
