Job Juncture seeks an Antitrust & Competition Associate Attorney in Washington, DC on a hybrid schedule. You will represent clients in antitrust litigation, assist with merger clearance reviews, and advise on FTC/DOJ investigations.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top‑tier law school with an excellent academic record, active DC bar in good standing, 3–4 years post‑JD antitrust experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation matters in federal and state courts.
• Assist with merger clearance reviews and related regulatory filings.
• Advise clients during investigations conducted by the FTC, DOJ, and state attorneys general.
• Draft motions, briefs, agency submissions, white papers, and client memoranda.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to support transactional and litigation matters.
• Monitor developments in antitrust enforcement and competition policy.

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC , in good standing
• 3-4 years of post-JD experience (excluding judicial clerkships) in antitrust and competition law
• Knowledge of merger clearance processes, cartel investigations, and government enforcement actions
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional writing, advocacy, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters simultaneously
• Experience working directly with clients and government agencies preferred
