Our client, a premier international AmLaw 50 firm, seeks an Antitrust & Competition Associate Attorney in Washington, DC. You will work on merger reviews, investigations, and antitrust litigation, advising multinational clients at the intersection of business and regulation.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC.
• 3–4 years of post-JD antitrust experience.
• Experience handling antitrust litigation, merger reviews, and regulatory investigations.
• Experience representing clients before FTC, DOJ, and state AGs preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation in federal and state courts.
• Assist with merger clearance reviews and related regulatory filings.
• Advise clients during FTC/DOJ/state AG investigations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex competition law issues.
• Draft motions, briefs, agency submissions, white papers, and client memoranda.
• Support internal and government investigations involving antitrust concerns.
• Counsel clients on antitrust compliance and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on transactional and litigation matters.
• Monitor developments in antitrust enforcement and competition policy.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary:

Salary range $260,000 - $420,000, c ommensurate with experience and qualifications.
