Job summary

Arancino in Hawaii is seeking an Antipasti/Salad Station Cook to craft beautiful starters and fresh salads that set the tone for our guests’ dining experience. You will prepare antipasti and salads according to recipes, wash and portion ingredients daily, and arrange dishes with precision and artistry.

Join a close-knit kitchen team and maintain a clean, well-stocked station for timely service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or cold station experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills and attention to presentation.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak service.
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• AM/PM availability preferred.
