Salary Range: $56,493 - $74,353

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid and active Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate
• Criminal history and child abuse clearances (Acts 34, 151, and FBI)

Performance Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with staff and assist in the smooth operation of the school.
• Participate actively in the school program.
• Show dependability, punctuality, and proper use of facilities and equipment.
• Display positive traits such as neatness, integrity, respect, and responsibility.
• Adhere to the Pennsylvania School Code, Collective Bargaining Agreement, and school policies.
• Maintain open communication with all stakeholders.
• Engage in curriculum review and professional development.
• Develop and maintain records and reports timely.
• Use diverse instructional strategies, including technological tools, to meet lesson objectives.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support.
• Demonstrate understanding and concern for each student’s educational needs.
