Job summary

The Binghamton City School District is seeking a dedicated Senior Groundskeeper to maintain safe, clean, and welcoming school grounds for students and staff.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, mowing, field lining, snow removal, and assisting with maintenance; may operate motor equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Possession of the appropriate level operator's license issued by the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (50lbs) and be in condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
• Two years of experience in parks or grounds maintenance activities.

The Senior Groundskeeper position involves responsibility for supervising and performing maintenance activities for the upkeep of school property grounds
