Roselle Park School District is seeking an experienced dependable, nurturing, and flexible Preschool Relief Teacher to support high‑quality teaching and learning across the district's preschool classrooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development, developmentally appropriate practice, classroom routines, positive behavior supports, and inclusive preschool programming. This individual must be able to step into a variety of preschool classroom settings and maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for young children. The Preschool Relief Teacher will implement teacher‑provided lesson plans, support classroom routines, collaborate with paraprofessionals and preschool staff, and help ensure continuity of instruction aligned with the New Jersey Preschool Teaching and Learning Standards, district curriculum, and preschool program expectations when preschool teachers are absent, attending meetings, participating in professional development, or otherwise unavailable.
$66,000 - $74,961. Final salary commensurate with experience and in accordance with the Roselle Park Education Association's collectively bargained agreement.
