Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curricula and document preparation.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials that meet diverse learning styles.
• Assess student learning and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Establish goals with staff to meet district requirements and support student growth.
• Supervise instructional aides and volunteers and oversee completion of tasks.
