Job summary

The Warrensburg R-VI School District seeks a High School English teacher to provide daily instruction at Warrensburg High School. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and align instruction with district and state standards.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

A standard teaching contract is 178 days; extended or part time contracts are prorated. Compensation is according to the teacher salary schedule as established annually by the Board of Education. All other employee benefits are according to the total FTE of employment for the individual.

Performance of this position will be evaluated according to board policies and the Warrensburg R-VI School District adopted model of Performance Based Teacher Evaluation.
