Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a seasoned Scientist for Antibody Discovery within the ADCC. The role focuses on antibody discovery, protein engineering, and validation of biologics, with emphasis on display methods and high‑throughput workflows.

The candidate should have extensive experience in library generation, mAb characterization, and data management, contributing to translational programs while collaborating across discovery platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific area is required.
• Eight (8) years of relevant work experience is required.
• Six (6) years of relevant work experience with a Master's degree.
• Three (3) years of relevant work experience with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to antibody discovery with antibody display methods and library generation.
• Develop and optimize protein science workflows for recombinant antibodies and other biologics.
• Maintain accurate ELN data and documentation.
