Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. is seeking a Research Associate to characterize antibodies and support product development across Immunology, Oncology, Stem Cells and Neuroscience.

You will perform SDS-PAGE, Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry, troubleshoot, and summarize experimental data with attention to SOPs. The role emphasizes collaboration, timely project updates, and maintaining a safe lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related life science field.
• Master’s degree or 1 year lab experience preferred.
• Experience with aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture.
• Experience with antibody applications for characterization (ELISA, flow cytometry).

Responsibilities

• Support new product development and testing under ISO13485.
• Perform aseptic mammalian cell culture and prepare samples for antibody testing.
• Characterize antibodies by Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry, and related assays.
• Analyze data and summarize results per SOPs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to update projects and documentation.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple work streams.
