Job summary

Bixal is building a pipeline of qualified subject matter experts (SMEs) to support anti-human trafficking training and technical assistance (T/TA). Selected experts may be engaged on a short-term, part-time basis to design training content, advise on and peer review training materials, and deliver training in-person or virtually.

This opportunity is project-based with potential to join future programs. Compensation ranges from $100 to $200 per hour depending on scope of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of professional experience in the anti-human trafficking space.
• Recognized subject matter expertise in anti-human trafficking domains and training delivery.
• Experience translating expertise into materials for professional audiences.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed, person-centered approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content and materials aligned with adult-learning principles.
• Advise on and peer-review training content for accuracy and quality.
• Deliver training in person or virtually, with interactive sessions and Q&A.
• Update content to reflect current best practices and field needs.
