Role Summary

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer.

Role Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way, making all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
• Supports a selling environment across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Provides a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.

Teamwork + Communication

• Builds productive relationships with peers; asks for support when needed and helps others.
• Participates in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling to inspire customers.
• Contributes to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders.
• Provides insights related to customer and employee experiences and communicates feedback to Store Leadership.

Visual + Business Operations

• Understands their contribution to service and sales on every shift to impact the store’s business.
• Supports the shipment process to stay aware of new and restocked products and contributes to omni order fulfillment while maintaining stock levels.
• Maintains Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards, staying current on merchandising updates.
