Anthem Hospice in California seeks a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our patient-centered hospice team. You will provide bedside nursing care under RN supervision, monitor symptoms, assist with medication and symptom management, and support families with education and care planning.
Must be a graduate of an approved Practical/Vocational nursing program, hold a current CA license, and have 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an acute or long-term care setting.

Anthem Hospice provides services to its patients and their families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for administering nursing care according to the plan of care to terminally ill patients admitted under the direction of a Registered Nurse (R.N.), in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in the State where the Hospice program is located.
A Licensed Practical Nurse Auditor is responsible for monitoring charts to ensure compliance in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations.
Must have and maintain transportation to be used for work with required liability insurance and license.
