Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring an Registered Nurse for Antepartum on the Day Shift at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This full-time role (36 hours/week) requires 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM shifts with weekend rotation and potential float to postpartum units.

The RN will provide safe, compassionate care and collaborate with the clinical team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Compensation includes an hourly pay range of $36.00–$55.80, with an updated minimum of $37.25 starting with the

Qualifications

Licensed Registered Nurse with antepartum experience or recent RN practice in obstetric care.
Ability to assess and plan patient care for antepartum patients.
Strong communication and teamwork with physicians and care teams.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements care plans to achieve expected outcomes for antepartum patients.
Evaluates patient progress and revises diagnoses and interventions as needed.
Performs comprehensive patient assessments and documents health data.
Communicates and coordinates plan of care with patient, family, and clinical team.
Provides education on disease management, care plans, and post-discharge care.
