Job summary

EVONA in Westminster, Colorado is seeking a Test Technician II – Antenna to join its engineering and test team. This hands-on role focuses on antenna systems, RF hardware, and complex electronics in a fast-paced development environment.

You will work with engineers to support antenna range operations, build test setups, run measurement campaigns, troubleshoot equipment, and deliver accurate results, with on-site, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with antenna systems or RF test environments.
• Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings.
• Comfortable using RF test equipment and instrumentation.
• Experience with antenna measurements or range operations is desirable.
• Exposure to phased arrays/AESA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute antenna range test plans and report findings.
• Configure and operate anechoic chambers and RF test setups.
• Set up and align antennas, fixtures, and devices under test.
• Support near-field and far-field measurements.
• Troubleshoot RF cabling and instrumentation.
• Maintain clean, repeatable test environments.
