  • Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
  • 7+ years of antenna/RF development experience and proven leadership of front-end design efforts.
  • Experience with RF design, electromagnetic simulation, and RF performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of antenna and RF hardware engineers.
  • Define technical direction for complex antenna/RF programs and guide simulations, validation, and root-cause investigations.
  • Collaborate across product, RF desense, and software teams to ensure successful integration and performance.
