Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions in Torrance, CA, is seeking a strategic Antenna Product Manager to define and bring to market critical antenna technology across positioning, navigation, timing and communication applications. The role leads long‑term vision, strategy and roadmap for Hexagon antennas with quick‑turn, customized design, development and manufacturing of high‑quality products.

Responsibilities

• Define long‑term vision, strategy and roadmap for Hexagon antennas for existing and new applications and customers.
• Work with cross‑functional teams on development, go‑to‑market and sustainment of the most innovative antenna portfolio.
• Create and evaluate business plans and market requirement documents to achieve portfolio financial targets.
• Define requirements, including use cases for new antenna products and technologies.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategy and marketing messages for product marketing collateral.
• Build consensus among company stakeholders for business models, product positioning and pricing strategy.
• Analyze and report portfolio KPIs to steer business decisions.
• Evaluate competitive products and technology trends.
• Own the success of new product launches.
• Conduct national and international customer visits to understand challenges and future needs.
• Represent Hexagon at tradeshows and conferences.

Overview

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a strategic and visionary Antenna Product Manager to define and bring to market critical antenna technology and products for use in a wide range of positioning, navigation, timing and communication applications. This manager will lead the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hexagon antennas across existing and new applications and customers. Part of the Antcom team, the role focuses on the quick‑turn, customized design, development, and manufacturing of high‑quality antenna products. The position is based in Torrance, California.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a hardware focus and ideally related to the drone/UAV industry.
• US Person per ITAR or EAR requirements when required for positions that require access to controlled information.
• Eligibility to obtain required U.S. Government authorization for controlled information (e.g., 120.15, EAR 772.1).

Compensation & Benefits

Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division provides a compensation range for a full‑time schedule.
