Managing Director

Reports to: Founding CEO & COO
Direct Reports: None, dotted line to 5 Employees and 10 Key Consultants
Location: Remote, preference for those close to NYC or DC to have occasional in person time with CEO and COO
Salary: $175,000-$200,000 + benefits

This role is responsible for building and optimizing the people, processes, and systems that support a high-performing, mission-driven organization.
