Job summary

Bonnell Aluminum is seeking an Operator Level 1 to join our Anodic team on the 6 pm–6 am shift. You will prepare and process aluminum extrusions in accordance with customer specifications and assist in monitoring tank levels.

The role requires basic math, ability to lift heavy loads, and the flexibility to work overtime as needed. A High School diploma or GED is preferred and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Pass company background and drug screening.

Monday through Thursday 6 pm – 6 am.

STARTING WAGE

$17/hr.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Prepare and process aluminum extrusions per documented customer specifications.
• Assist in monitoring tank liquid levels.
• Monitor material placement prior to beginning anodizing process to prevent material damage or waste.
• Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions

Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements:

• Ability to push and/or pull heavy loads
• Heavy lifting (up to 50-75 lbs.) overhead repeatedly during the shift
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
• Attention to detail and accurately process the order according to customer specifications.
• Maintain excellent attendance
• Ability to work with little to no supervisionAble to work overtime, as needed
