Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing is hiring for a Line Operator in the Anodizing Department on a 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). Pay starts at $22.00/hour with a quarterly bonus incentive, performance/pay review after 90 days, and same-day pay.

The role is safety sensitive and requires coordinating baths, materials, and line activity to meet production schedules. Entry-level candidates are welcome; experience in chemical processing or plating may lead to a higher wage.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience required.
• Prior experience with chemical processing or plating can yield higher wage.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate process baths and materials to produce high-quality parts.
• Oversee line activity and ensure adherence to production schedules and standards.
• Train material handlers and new line operators.
• Operate standard equipment (rectifiers, pumps, cranes) and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas and document run sheets.
