Job summary

Jordan Aluminum Company in Memphis, TN, is seeking an Anodize Racker/Packer to join the finishing department. You will load and unload extrusions onto anodize racks, inspect for quality, and prepare products for packing according to customer specs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production line preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written instructions; PPE use familiar.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload aluminum extrusions onto/off anodize racks according to procedures.
• Check products for quality and report issues to supervisor/lead.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Pack finished aluminum products per customer specifications.
• Make and label boxes, and move products on pallets or conveyors as needed.
• Execute daily production schedule to meet department goals.
• Support anodize finishing process by maintaining accurate production data and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and uphold KPI standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Finishing Manager or Anodize Supervisor.
