Job summary

KKR, based in Hartford, seeks an Account Manager, Annuity Strategic Accounts to own a portfolio of strategic annuity partner firms. You will coordinate with external wholesalers, firm home-office contacts, and cross-functional teams to execute the partnership plan, renew agreements, and grow annuity sales.

You will track market share and production, manage data in Salesforce, and support marketing with firm-approved materials in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in annuity, insurance, or investment product distribution.
• Bachelor's degree required; FINRA 7/63 and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain.
• Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office; data-to-insight capability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day relationship owner for strategic annuity partner firms.
• Execute partnership plans, renew agreements, and coordinate campaigns.
• Track market share, production trends, and report insights to leadership.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and coordinate partner events.
