Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking an Annuity New Business Coordinator to support efficient processing of annuity new business and drive operational excellence. This role coordinates workflows, monitors status, and serves as the main liaison for Financial Advisors while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality throughput.

The position is hybrid with three in-office days per week in Bethlehem, PA, and two days remote.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track annuity new business from receipt through issuance, ensuring timely, accurate workflows.
Monitor application status and follow up with internal teams, distributors, or partners to resolve requirements.
Serve as central point of contact for Financial Advisors to resolve outstanding requirements for new business and post-issue transactions.
Escalate issues and recommend solutions to prevent delays or rework; maintain controls for regulatory adherence.
Assist in updating procedures, job aids, and training materials; partner with Product Management and Compliance.
