Job summary

UNC Health Foundation is seeking a fundraising professional to develop and execute annual giving strategies for an assigned portfolio of UNC Health Foundation service lines and programs. In partnership with foundation leadership, you will plan direct mail, email, and grateful patient campaigns to strengthen donor acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Three years of development or development-related experience.
Experience soliciting and closing lead annual gifts ($25,000+).
Experience in an academic medical center, university or large college setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement an annual plan to secure lead annual gifts ($25,000+) in support of identified priorities.
Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of direct mail, email, and grateful patient fundraising campaigns.
Partner with leadership to align priorities and strategies with organizational objectives.
Analyze donor data and campaign performance to inform audience selection and optimization.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders on budgets, timelines and quality.
