Job summary

University of Findlay is seeking a development professional to lead leadership annual giving, manage donor relations, and coordinate giving days and student philanthropy programs. You will collaborate with the Director of Annual Giving and campus partners to expand engagement and the endowment fundraising pipeline.

The role emphasizes stewardship, alumni outreach, and event coordination across campus, with regular office presence and participation in university campaigns and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years of relevant fundraising experience.
• Working knowledge of computers and fundraising software.

Responsibilities

• Secure face-to-face and TEAMS visits with alumni and donors focusing on leadership annual giving.
• Manage University of Findlay Giving Days with Director of Annual Giving and partners.
• Plan and implement annual stewardship and cultivation plans to increase alumni participation.
• Establish and manage an integrated donor relations and stewardship plan tracking acknowledgement, recognition, endowed funds, and communications.
• Oversee endowment stewardship processes with gift officers and Raiser's Edge records.
• Lead the student philanthropy campaign Graduating Class Gift with student development officers and ambassadors.
• Serve as college development liaison with Financial Aid and deans to ensure proper endowment spending.
• Prepare annual endowment reports for internal and external constituencies.
• Coordinate regional events such as Homecoming and Commencement Weekend giving campaigns.
• Perform other duties as needed.
