Job summary

Iona University in New Rochelle, NY, is seeking an Assistant Director of Annual Giving to lead strategies that grow donor participation and philanthropy. You will manage direct mail, email, digital fundraising, and data-driven segmentation to meet annual fund goals.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will collaborate across Advancement, supervise campaigns, test tactics, analyze performance, and ensure accurate reporting in the fundraising system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–3 years in annual giving or related field.
• Strong analytical, segmentation and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase donors and financial support for the Annual Fund and priorities.
• Manage direct mail, email and digital fundraising, online giving, and targeted appeals.
• Create and test campaigns, segmentation, and performance reporting with Advancement Services.
