Job summary

Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences in Santa Monica is seeking a full-time Annual Fund Manager to lead the strategy and execution of the School’s $5M+ annual fund, collaborating with the Director of Development to expand philanthropic participation and unrestricted support across the community.

The role combines annual fund planning, frontline fundraising, volunteer management and donor engagement to strengthen a culture of philanthropy throughout Crossroads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with three or more years of fundraising experience.
• Experience cultivating, soliciting, stewarding donors and managing relationships.
• Strong project management, organization and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting and managing volunteers and leveraging donor data.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM platforms; GiveCampus / Canva a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual fund campaign management and strategy for the $5M+ goal.
• Develop solicitation calendars across mail, email, digital and personal outreach.
• Coordinate with data/communication teams for assets and analytics.
• Analyze donor data to improve segmentation, targeting and upgrades.
• Manage volunteer programs and deliver training and materials.
