Job summary

Physical Intelligence is seeking a hands-on owner for a portfolio of annotation programs within its Annotations team. You will partner with researchers to translate needs into concrete rubrics, run operations to deliver data, and drive step-function improvements across surfaces to mature the annotations function.

The role demands strong program management, systems thinking, and effective communication with remote ESL audiences, vendors, and researchers to balance strategic work with execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, technical PM, consulting, startup operations, or similar roles.
• Strong problem solving and systems thinking; diagnose issues with incomplete information.
• Intuition for data quality and research needs tied to model training/evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance for a portfolio of annotation programs; drive quality, speed, and efficiency.
• Partner with researchers to define and refine requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across multiple surfaces; build scalable solutions.
• Foster clarity and alignment across technical and nontechnical stakeholders, including vendors.
