Job summary

Physical Intelligence is seeking a hands-on Program Manager for the Annotations team to own a portfolio of annotation programs, partnering with researchers to translate needs into concrete requirements and rubrics.

You will drive continuous improvement across operations, balance strategic problem solving with tactical execution, and collaborate with vendors, researchers, and operations to deliver high-quality data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or operations experience.
• Ability to translate researcher needs into concrete requirements.
• Strong problem solving and systems thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including with ESL audiences.
• Experience working with remote teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance for a portfolio of annotation programs.
• Partner with researchers to define and refine requirements.
