Job summary

Bybit is seeking a talented video editor and animator to join our creative team. You will produce high-quality video content, animate assets, and craft compelling stories for our global audience, collaborating with designers and product teams.

Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma is essential. A strong showreel and comfort with AI-powered creative workflows will help you stand out as we push visual storytelling across our campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong animation and video editing skills.
• Proficient with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience animating designs from Figma.
• Solid storytelling and pacing in video.
• Familiar with AI creative tools and workflows.
• Strong showreel demonstrating editing and animation.
• Ability to work independently within creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality video and motion content from brief to delivery.
• Animate typography, graphics, product visuals, UI elements, and campaign assets.
• Edit videos with pacing, transitions, music, sound design, and storytelling.
• Work confidently across After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Use AI creative tools for ideation, storyboarding, asset generation, video generation, and creative experimentation.
• Collaborate with designers, creative leads, and other team members to bring ideas to life.
• Respond to feedback efficiently and maintain a consistently high standard of execution.

• Animate typography, graphics, product visuals, UI elements, and campaign assets.
• Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, transitions, music, sound design, and storytelling.
• Work confidently across After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Use AI creative tools for ideation, storyboarding, asset generation, video generation, and creative experimentation.
• Collaborate with designers, creative leads, and other team members to bring ideas to life.
• Respond to feedback efficiently and maintain a consistently high standard of execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong practical skills in both animation and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to work with and animate designs created in Figma.
• Strong visual judgment across typography, composition, timing, movement, and transitions.
• Good understanding of storytelling and the ability to build a complete video, not only individual scenes.
• Familiarity with modern AI creative tools and workflows.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both editing and animation capabilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working independently within creative direction.

Ideal Candidate

An early-career multidisciplinary creative who is already technically proficient, visually strong, and ready to contribute immediately. You should be confident across editing, animation, design, storytelling, and AI-assisted creative workflows , while continuing to develop through collaboration, feedback, and creative direction from the team.
