AlphaGov is seeking an Animal Services Operations Assessment Consultant to support city clients with shelter management, field services, and performance benchmarking. This remote-first role includes collaboration on proposals and occasional client travel when needed.

You will assess operations, review policies, present findings to city leadership, and contribute to proposals with your qualifications and past performance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in animal shelter or animal services management.
• Operational assessment experience.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant.
