You will engage customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to generate demand and present solutions at technical and commercial events.

The role requires strong sales, negotiation skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in animal science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
• Experience in animal nutrition/health and feed additives, preferably poultry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills with a track record of achieving commercial objectives.
• Forecasting, business planning, and performance metrics experience.
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and expansion of the specialty portfolio for monogastric and ruminant markets.
• Create demand by engaging directly with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Promote products through technical and commercial presentations, customer visits, and industry events; use CRM actively.
• Lead business opportunities to generate sales with the technical team.
• Coordinate and monitor product trials with the Technical Manager to demonstrate efficacy and value.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Manage and maintain the annual rolling forecast, aligned with goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to support strategy.
• Build strong relationships with customers and influencers to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, supply chain, and sales teams.
