- A valid driver's license and ability to drive MSPCA vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an animal shelter or veterinary/related field.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate intake and movement of shelter animals, ensuring humane pathways.
- Track cases and population trends to reduce length of stay and improve outcomes.
- Serve as liaison between shelter, clinic, and behavior teams; maintain records.
- Oversee intake processes and staff training with fear-free procedures.
- Coordinate inter-shelter transfers and lead adoption promotion efforts.
