Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years warehousing management or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years experience with a pharmacy or pharmaceutical wholesaler/distributor.
• Experience supervising a team of 10+.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred; ability to obtain certification.

• Coaches and develops leaders within the DC; provides direction and deadlines.
• Oversees delivery service operations including scheduling drivers and compliance.
• Maintains safe, efficient operations and implements procedures and safety training.
• Collaborates with Sales, Purchasing and other partners to enhance customer experience.
• Ensures accurate processing of records, returns, and regulatory reports.
