Anderson Humane in Illinois is seeking a full-time Foster Coordinator to guide foster families and ensure animals thrive. You’ll coordinate placements, monitor care, and respond quickly to medical or behavioral needs with empathy and clear communication.

This hands-on role involves transporting and intake tasks, building lasting relationships with foster homes, and training volunteers. Compensation is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k),

As our full-time Foster Coordinator, you’ll guide foster families through every step of their journey so that our animals thrive and get the care, safety, and comfort they need. You’ll coordinate animal placements, provide guidance to foster families, monitor the animals’ care, and step in when it matters most. This role is equal parts logistics, compassion, and connection as you balance urgent placements, medical and behavioral needs, and nurture lasting relationships.
