NOCO Humane in Loveland, CO is seeking a Foster & Transfer Coordinator to bridge shelter animals with their brighter futures. You’ll oversee foster care placements, transport logistics, and volunteer coordination, traveling as needed.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent in animal care or related field, 1+ year of animal care experience, and readiness for evenings/weekends. It’s fast-paced and team‑oriented, with benefits and a tax‑advantaged retirement.

Are you passionate about animals and ready to make a difference behind the scenes and on the road? As our Foster & Transfer Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between shelter animals and their brighter futures—overseeing foster care placements, transport logistics, and volunteer coordination.

You won’t be stuck at a desk—this hands‑on role includes travel (sometimes out of state), animal handling, volunteer supervision, and teamwork with veterinary and behavior professionals. It’s fast‑paced, people‑focused, animal‑loving work that truly changes lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate foster placements and emergency response
• Transport animals to and from partner shelters and foster homes

What You Need (Required):

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in animal care, biology, or related field

What’s a Plus:

• Supervisory or foster coordination experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish – includes pay premium)
• Experience with neonatal care, Chameleon software, or as a vet assistant/tech
• Euthanasia and vaccination certification
• Experience driving long‑distance or overnight transport routes
