Responsibilities

• Coordinate Elk Grove Animal Shelter foster program and outcoming animals to foster homes.
• Facilitate foster exams and communicate with fosters about appointments or challenges.
• Perform animal health checks and behavior evaluations; manage intake and adoption processes.
• Assist with cleaning and handling animals; provide care and socialization as needed.
• Prepare and maintain adoption documentation and reports; monitor supplies inventory.
