Job summary

Charles River Insourcing Solutions seeks an Animal Care Technician I for our Hamilton, MT site.

In this role you will work in ABSL 2-3 environments to perform duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, routine maintenance, and repair of cages and autoclaves.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ALAT certification (or ability to obtain within one year), and preferred experience with mechanical equipment. Pay is $22.00 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cagewash and animal holding facilities in a clean and organized manner
• Operating equipment and performing general housekeeping
• General animal care duties
• Receipt, stocking, and maintenance of supply orders
• Preparing and submitting all required written records, charts, logs, and inventories
• Work actively with customers to address requests, inquiries, and complaints
• Provide technical assistance
